With high strength cast iron housings, this line is our most cost effective solution for customers who wish to modify valves with torque only gear operators. Unlike the “BG” Series, the “B” series is designed to handle TORQUE ONLY. This gear is widely used by valve modification shops and provides an inexpensive way to add gears to hand wheel operated valves.

There are 3 basic sizes of the “B” Series bevel gears available to deliver 1,000 ft lbs, 2,000 ft lbs., and 4,000 ft lbs of torque.
